SRRC Application Forms

Applications are considered at the monthly Swan River Racing meeting on the last Monday of each month (unless otherwise advised). If you are seeking an urgent approval, please email wa.calendars@sailing.org.au to request an out of meeting approval.

All applications for Swan River events can be submitted electronically via the shared Google Document, available HERE. Please familiarise yourself with the ‘Instructions’ tab before using this document for the first time.

Recurring Event shall mean a weekly event on a Club Course (CC) and conducted within a defined time block throughout the season, or a defined period during which events may only be conducted on approved Club Courses (CC).
Special Event shall mean any event other than a Recurring Event, or a ‘one-off’ single event or a ‘multiple’ event series conducted over a Special Course (SpC).
Class Associations should make applications through the Club hosting the event. 
All ‘Power events’ have priority during the Winter Season. All ‘Sailing events’ have priority during the Summer Season. See the attached SRRC Guidelines for the specified Winter/Summer Seasons.
