In accordance with the Yachting Victoria Rules only registered delegates may vote at the meeting. Register as a delegate at THIS LINK. Proxies may be received at the YV office up until 24 hours before the meeting.
Further Correspondence
Further correspondence regarding the Yachting Victoria Half Yearly General Meeting will be via the Australian Sailing Website and Club Newsletter in the Victorian News section and through the Yachting Victoria Social Media pages.
Circulation
This notice is circulated to the latest email address list in the Yachting Victoria office for Clubs, Class Associations and their Delegates. It is the Club’s and Class Association’s responsibility to check that their Delegate has received the notices and any relevant papers.
