Yachting Queensland AGM elects three new Board Members

The Annual General Meeting for Yachting Queensland was conducted on the 28th November 2021. With a good turn out the meeting ran seamlessly with no contentious issues on the agenda.
Upon calling for expressions of interests for new Board Members three nominations were received to fill the three vacancies.
New Yachting Queensland Directors James Tapp, Katy Jones and Sarah Thornburn were elected unopposed to their new positions to support the Queensland sailing community.
The Yachting Queensland Board is represented by the following:
- Kerry Noyes, Director - South Queensland Representative
- Jay Whittem, Director - North Queensland Representative
- Roger Searl, Director - Central Queensland Representative
- Genevieve Warlow, Director
- James Tapp, Director
- Katy Jones, Director
- Sarah Thornburn, Director
Yachting Queensland and Australian Sailing extend their thanks to the retiring Directors, Matthew Johnson (President), Kim Lawrence and Brady Lowe for their years of service and support to the Queensland and Australian sailing communities.
