Time Trials Trial Day

Published Tue 29 Jun 2021

Find that calendar, schedule your “out of office” replies or say “Hey Siri. Tell Alexa to book me into the upcoming Time Trialling Trial Day on Saturday July 31 from 12 am at RFBYC”.

It’s on again. What’ll your excuse be this time? This is a great opportunity for those land lubbers to head out on the water and experience the thrill of second-by-second accurate racing or simply keep the significant other company whilst they partake. Time Trialling can be done in boats of all shapes and sizes, and is inclusive whether you have a mast or not. Learn the throttles from an experienced Skipper and Navigator or if you don’t have a boat, you can learn how to be a navigator for someone else.

This free activity is open to everyone, so head on down from 12pm for a 2pm start and regale in your experiences at the social event from 4.30pm. Who knows we might see you on the water for the SoPYC Ti-Tu Invitation on Saturday July 24 or PFSYC Cork Evans Invitation on Sunday August 1.
