The extremely talented offshore racer Sophie Ciszek is to talk at the inaugural She SailsTasmania Networking Event on Thursday 28^th March 6.00pm – 7.30pm at Derwent Sailing Squadron.

Sophie who has completed two Volvo Ocean Races and six Sydney – Hobart Races, the last one on the all- female crew Ocean Respect Racing will be sharing her experiences at the event and hoping to inspire the next generation of ocean racers as well as cruisers!

All clubs are invited to send representatives to the networking event which will talk about the recently launched Australian Sailing – She Sails campaign and what can be done to help get more women and girls sailing at your club, as well as showcase the great women and girls events and programs already happening in clubs around Tasmania.
