The BYS SheSails Preseason Catch up & Information session is a relaxed opportunity for past and new participants of SheSails to get to know each other from the comfort of their homes (via zoom) with a cuppa tea or cheeky wine in hand!

The agenda includes an update from BYS Head Instructor, Ethan O’Brien on BYS’s newly developed SheSails Pathway, which comes off the back of last year’s successful SheSails program which saw over 100 ladies participate in the BYS SheSails program, as well as some exciting news on the addition of the BYS SheSails Minerva Trophy Series, proposed BYS Woman’s Sports Boat Regatta and the BYS Pink Day & Ladies skippers’ race which will raise money for The Breast Cancer Network of Australia.

We will meet Carol Godlieb who is BYS’s new SheSails Representative, and we will hear from SheSails Reps Becca Smith from Mount Martha Yacht Club and Linda Morris from Chelsea Yacht Club, who will fill us on what SheSails events have been happening at other clubs around the bay and provide some inspiration for SheSails opportunities at BYS.

Sue Philips from Australian Sailing will also provide an update on all the SheSails news, and some of the national events coming up. 

Whether you are a seasoned She sailor or new to the sport and interested in learning more, come along for a fun and relaxed afternoon.
