She Sails - Tasmania 1 is a webinar is for club representatives to hear about the She Sails brand, what has happened in other states and territories and importantly to set up a She Sails Tasmania networking group.

The networking group will be representatives from clubs around Tasmania to come together on a regular basis to promote and increase women’s participation on the water and in leadership roles.

If you want to represent your club in this important group seek their approval and register now.

Once part of the She Sails Tasmania network you will help promote and nominate someone for a SheSails Award at the Tasmanian State Sailing Awards and share your events through AS and your club’s social media channels and calendar. You might even find that you can help update your club’s constitution and facilities making the club more welcoming to new members, especially women and girls. Importantly involve your existing female club members in any new initiatives and programs. They can bring a friend and also be your ambassadors.
