The emphasis of each Conference is to develop your instructing skills and to update you on various aspects of the Discover Sailing programs. Your Regional Team of Australian Sailing staff, local Senior Instructors and an Australian Sailing Chief Instructor will deliver the Conference in your area. The topics and activities for the practical on-water skills development sessions have been designed by Chief Instructors with the aim of ensuring all skills are being delivered to the highest quality, consistently and safely.
