FOIL-LAB

A one-day introduction to first flight on the Foil, focussing on foiling fundamentals, safety and fun, run by experienced foiling coaches.

Are you aged 14 - 23 and want to learn or improve on your foiling? 

Where: Georges River Sailing Club

When: Sunday 20th March 9:30 - 16:30

Who: Existing Youth Sailors aged 14-23 who are at an intermediate level and would like to explore the possibility of transferring  skills to the Foil Classes.

Cost: Free - the one day Foil-Labs are funded by Australian Sailing

Equipment: Equipment will be provided but please bring your usual PFD, all participants will be expected to wear helmets which we will provide for the duration of the FOIL-LAB. 

How Many: A maximum of 6 participants to ensure sufficient time for each person to practice the skills learnt in a safe and controlled manner.
