Dear Club Officials (Commodores/Secretaries, Club Delegates),

As you know, Yachting Victoria Voted to deregister approximately 12 months ago. Due to an ongoing VCAT case, we have been unable to complete the final paperwork to complete the deregistration.

Due to this, Yachting Victoria is still required to complete its constitutional requirement to hold an AGM.

This meeting will also serve as a networking opportunity for clubs around Victoria to discuss any issues, concerns or achievements that should be shared.
