NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Yachting Northern Territory (YNT), will be held at the Darwin Sailing Club, Atkins Drive, Fannie Bay on Saturday 24 October, 2019, commencing at 1730 hrs. 

In line with clause 6.1.1 of the YNT Constitution the positions of Vice President and Secretary are to be vacated and filled by election by the YNT Council. Nominations are now sought for these positions and completed nomination forms should be sent to the YNT Secretary, Nomination Forms are attached. 
As per Clause 12.3 of the YNT Constitution, a Voting Member is entitled to appoint a person as their proxy to attend in their place. Should it be required, Proxy Form file can be downloaded below.

Business of the AGM will be restricted to:

1.    Confirmation of the minutes of previous general meeting.
2.    Consideration and adoption of the annual reports.
3.    Presentation of the balance sheet and the income and expenditure.
4.    Consideration and adoption of the annual reports.
5.    Consideration and adoption of the Auditors report.
6.    Membership fee
7.    Election of Members of Executive Council.
8.    Election of Public Officer.
9.    Election of Auditor.
10.   Motions of which notice has been given
