Looking for a way to incorporate more youth and social aspects into your club scene?

OutThere Sailing is the perfect way to bring in new life to your club. Created for 12-17 year olds to enjoy sailing in a non-competitive, fun and social environment OTS has a main focus in socialising both on and off the water.

Townsville Sailing Club was off to a cracking start with their OutThere Sailing experience running on Friday the 8^th of November from 4-7pm. They offered half hour sail and swap sessions using paddleboards, powerboats and pacers to offer variety and new skills to their 18 participants. Townsville Sailing Club was able to then mix on water socialisation with a pizza picnic held afterwards; this is a great way to engage more youth and their families in your club environment.

There are plenty of ways to rejuvenate youth culture in your club in a fun and non-competitive way by holding social mixers, family days or engaging local schools and community groups to run OutThere Sailing programs with. Since we are coming into summer holidays, OTS is a great way to get some new people involved with your club.
