As in previous years, the regatta consists of three series of races: for racing keelboats, cruising keelboats and off-the-beach yachts. It includes the Franklin Marine William Jackson Memorial Cup for keelboats, B.K. Price and Larsen Plumbing trophies for off-the-beach yachts and Driftwood Cottages Noel Doepel Memorial trophy for classic boats. The regatta will kick off with a feeder race from Kettering to Dover. There will also be St Ayles Skiff rowing races on Saturday, including the Dover Pharmacy Hope Island Trophy.

Participants will be well-fed each evening with a BBQ, spit roast and salmon feast, as well as being entertained with live music on the Saturday evening from Southern Discomfort and Los Pescadores. There will be some great prizes for winners at the presentation evening on Sunday.
