Have you heard about the Queensland Check in App?

The Check In Qld app enable Queensland Clubs to easily comply with current health directives by enabling members and guests to self check in at their club and have their information stored securely for Queensland Health for contact tracing should an outbreak occur.

It’s easy to register as a club!  There is a very short form you need to complete and it takes about 3 business days to get your QR code and club starter kit (including QR code posters). You will also need to setup a business profile once you have been approved.

For your members and guests it’s easy too.  They need to download the app (either Google Play or Itunes) and register their details (Name, phone & email).  They only need to do this once!

When they arrive at the club, they need to open the app, select ‘Check In Now’ and hover their smartphone over the displayed Check In Qld QR code. They can add in any additional people—those who are with you without their own device or app. When the check-in is complete it will show a successful check in screen. For members or guests who do not have a smart phone you can still check them in manually through the business profile in the app.

This Checkin app can be used at other venues that have set up the checkin for their business without having to put all their details in again.
