Regional Events Grant
- Sport AUS have launched the Regional Events Grant to promote regional sporting events.
- Small events are eligible for up to $10,000. Large events up to $50,000
- ALL Tasmanian LGAs are considered regional and eligible
- Applications close 8th April

TasPorts Women’s Keelboat Regatta
- The RYCT, with support from the BYC & DSS, hosted magnificent one day regatta and presentation dinner.
- Guest speaker Tess Lloyd shared her amazing story full of setbacks and successes on her road to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
- DSS skipper Felicity Alison and her crew off the SB20 Cook Your Own Dinner took out the title in very competitive racing.

Club Pathways Update
- In 2021 AS introduced Club Pathways, a program which will invest in creating lifelong sailors at clubs. Club Pathways will comprise of resources for clubs which focus on participation, retaining and developing sailors, coaches and volunteers. The mission of the program is to assist clubs to grow club membership in a flexible, fun and accessible manner.

EOI – Australian Yachting Championships
- AS is seeking expressions of interest from affiliated clubs to host the Australian Yachting Championships for each of the next three years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
