Proposed Club Protected Dates for Season 2025/2026
The dates provide a opportunity for clubs to schedule club championships racing and class associations to navigate State Champions planning.

South Australian Sailing Summits
The 2025 South Australian Summits are on the move across SA and we look forward to welcoming you to a SA Sailing Summit near you. Join us for this opportunity to bring clubs and classes together!
Sailing Summits provide a great opportunity for clubs and classes to share information and ideas and to learn the latest from Australian Sailing on new initiatives, resources, and projects. Hear from content experts as well as those within Clubs, Class Associations and Discover Sailing Centres who have a great idea, resource of success story to share.
Key Themes for 2025
This year’s summits will focus on addressing the major challenges identified by the sailing community:
- Participation – Strategies to grow involvement at all levels.
- Funding – Exploring avenues for financial sustainability.
- Volunteering – Strengthening and supporting volunteer engagement.
We will also be joined by Marine SA for an update on the Stay A Float program and Safety Updates.

We have dinghy, keelboat, windsurfing, powerboat instructor and sailing coach course, plus all our official courses in Race Officer, Judge, Umpire and Measurer.

What's On Now
CBYC 50TH ANNIVERSARY
12/04/2025 - 17/04/2025
Join us in celebrating the 50th anniversary of Coffin Bay Yacht Club, officially formed on January 26, 1975, with a week-long sailing regatta from April 12 to April 17, 2025!
As part of our anniversary regatta, we are proud to host the SA Heron State Titles and the SA 125 State Titles, with additional interest from classes ranging from Optis to A Class. Family sailing activities will also be part of the week’s events, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Celebrate our legacy of volunteerism and community involvement as we create unforgettable memories together!
