General Update
February Club Visits to Port Lincoln on the 10th and 11th of February lead-up to a busy Lincoln week. Australian Sailing Coaches and Port Lincoln locals Luke Stephens and Max Sturman hosted some very talented Cadet and ILCA sailors for a two-day clinic at the Port Lincoln Yacht Club. The future is bright for the youth sailors in Port Lincoln, and also the International Cadet Class with 8 boats on the water. The Port Lincoln Yacht Club was recently announced as the host club for the 2023/24 International Cadet Australian Championships. We also enjoyed joining the Coffin Bay Yacht Club for the junior training for the annual DSC Review on Sunday morning. There was a hype of activity at the club, and over 20 youth sailors geared up to sail on the beautiful Coffin Bay. The Coffin Bay Yacht Club is an Australian Sailing Discover Sailing Centre, and was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with you (and also locked inside for some committee admin time)
Congratulations to the Adelaide Sailing Club for the very successful ILCA events from 1st Dec until 10th February. The success from the partnerships with SA Clubs from Volunteers to resources was incredible to see, and we look forward to celebrating the success for all. Special shout-out to Peter Royle and Malcolm Hughes. You are absolute legends!

Club Survey
Once a year we ask for feedback from our clubs. The Club Satisfaction Survey is an important tool to ensure we receive direct feedback from our affiliated Clubs, so we know what support and services you value and how we are performing. It is your opportunity to score our card and provide feedback. It forms part of Australian Sailing's annual review process which, in turn, will assist us to achieve our strategic goals.
Responses to the survey will remain confidential and at completion, your feedback will be aggregated and reported to the Australian Sailing Board and back to Clubs in a transparent and timely manner.
Action Item/s for Club: Complete the Survey at your next committee meeting.
