It is time to get excited about the amazing season we have had in SA and acknowledge and celebrate our South Australian Sailing Community. It has been a very big summer in SA, and we are looking forward to celebrating.

Australian Sailing presents Training In Focus – Live 2024
During the morning sessions, facilitated by Andrew O'Loughlin, participants will gain practical understanding of the importance of providing quality experiences to retain and grow participation at their Centre.
The afternoon sessions will deliver hands-on learning experiences afloat. Led by Australian Sailing Chief Instructors Chris Goldacre and Craig Ferris and experienced Senior Instructors Matt Young and Brett Yardley, these on-water sessions offer valuable opportunities for skill refinement and real-world application.

Marine Safety is developing the first ever South Australian Recreational Boating Safety Strategy. The strategy is a 5-year plan that focuses on improving safety for recreational boaters and others who share our state's coastal and inland waters.

Game Plan for Clubs
For Clubs who have already completed the Participation Workshop with Alison or Grant, Game Plan is the next step for review. It is a self-assessment tool for clubs and class associations to review all aspects of your organisation and provide an improvement plan with links to resources and templates.
