NT Sport & Recreation has created the NT Volunteer Network. Here you will find valuable resources and be able to connect with other sports volunteers in the Territory.

Coach & Official Scholarships
The Northern Territory Sport Academy (NTSA) is launching an exciting program to support and develop coaches and officials in the NT. Nominations are open for accredited volunteer coaches who are ambitious, self-directed learners, and committed to improving practical application. Successful candidates will get chances to improve their coaching and officiating skills, knowledge, and experience.
The scholarship is of a 6-month duration commencing 1 September 2024 and concludes 28 February 2025. Applications will remain open until July 31.

SAVE THE DATE
NT Championships (27 & 28 July)
The premier event for off the beach classes with the winner in each division being crowned NT Champion. The regatta runs over 2 days with 8 races scheduled. Racing commences at 1000 both days with back-to-back races in each session.
EVENTS
The NT Youth Championships were run 10-14 July. We had 47 junior sailors competing over a 2-day regatta with 3 days coaching prior to the event. It was a fantastic event, and the kids all had a blast! An article will be posted shortly once we go through the photos.
