Play By the Rules – Start to Talk Campaign
Start to Talk is a new national awareness campaign that promotes Child Safe Sport. The aim of Start to Talk is to encourage parents and sporting organisations to discuss how they can work together to create a child safe environment.
The Start to Talk webpage features the TV and Radio Community Service Announcements and Child Safe Sport resources developed by Sport Integrity Australia.

GRANTS
23-24 Sport Voucher Scheme
The Sport Voucher Scheme supports active Territory families with the cost of getting involved in sports, active recreation, and cultural activities. Every child living in the NT, from Transition to Year 12, who is enrolled in an NT school or registered for home-schooling is eligible for the scheme. Register your organisation as a provider.
Quick Response Grants – Youth
The Office of Youth Affairs administers the Youth Engagement Grants Program (up to $5000), which aims to provide financial support to young people, community groups and organisations enabling young Territorians to engage and participate in a variety of drug and alcohol-free recreational events, personal development, and leadership programs.
Applications close 31 May 2024. More information
General Grant Program 2023/24 (Office of Gender Equity and Diversity)
Gender inequality affects the whole community, including women, men, and members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQI+) communities. Funding is available to eligible individuals, organisations or community groups for a project, service or activity that promotes gender equality in the Northern Territory. Grants can be up to $5,000.

Youth Vibe Holiday Grant program
The Office of Youth Affairs administers the Youth Engagement Grants Program, which aims to provide financial support to community groups and organisations enabling young Territorians to engage and participate in a variety of drug and alcohol-free recreational activities, personal development, and leadership programs. Grants of up to $2,000 per holiday period and $6,000 per annum.
Applications close 6 August 2023. More information
