NSW Community Building Partnership Grants

Sailing Clubs can apply for up to $50,000 Capital works, equipment, vehicles – boats, cars, trailers. The grant closes on 27th October.

Zhik Lake Mac Youth Sail NSW 2023

The annual youth sail event began with a three day coaching followed by a three day regatta. Hosted by Teralba Amateur Sailing Club at lake Macquarie, 173 sailors from 6 states and territories in 156 boats/boards from 11 classes took part. Wing Foils were included for the first time, and they were spectacular to watch.

Zhik Youth Sail NSW 2024 and beyond

Expressions of Interest are sought from NSW clubs interested in hosting future Youth Sail NSW events. This is the main event for junior and youth sailor in NSW each year, attracting up to 250 sailors from around Australia.

The online form is here it closes on the 31^st October.

NSW Sailing Awards

The NSW Sailing Awards were announced at a presentation on the 16th September at the CYCA. We congratulate all the finalists and winners.

National Sailing Awards

The winners in each state are the nominees for the national awards. The finalists for the national awards have been selected and NSW/ACT sailors and clubs are finalists on nine categories. The Australian Sailing Hall of Fame will also welcome three new inductees at the Gala Dinner. Tickets to attend the night can be purchased here.

Discover Sailing Month

Discover Sailing Day has been a mainstay of the sailing calendar for many years. This year Australian Sailing will be promoting Discover Sailing Days throughout November.

Updating Club Contacts

Not Receiving Official AS Communications? 

When Flag Officers change roles your club account details need to be updated, without key contact details, Australian Sailing cannot contact the right people.
