Nearly all clubs in Queensland and Northern New South Wales are using the Event Planning calendar for Sailing Events. 
Last year, in response to our ever growing list of Queensland Sailing Events, Australian Sailing created an online calendar for Club Officials to use when planning their future calendar of events in Queensland. This calendar is driven by clubs and for clubs and is a great resource to assist your clubs planning.

Class Associations have been given access to view the calendar so they can see opportunities regarding holding their events in conjunction with an already existing event or choose an area and club that is not busy on their preferred weekend.

The Calendar is split into Queensland regions and only clubs in that area are able to add events. However you can still view what is happening in other regions of Queensland for those clubs that are very close to other regions. Nearly all clubs in Queensland and Northern New South Wales are using the calendar since this project was launched 12 months ago, which is a really great result for this initiative.
