Dobroyd Aquatic Club in Rodd Point NSW has a thriving learn to sail, Tackers, learn to windsurf and Sailability programs. On a recent club visit we saw good numbers of enthusiastic young and older sailors enjoying the near perfect end of summer conditions in the safe enclosed waters at DAC.

Qualified instructors such as John Sanderson, Lissa McMillan, Richie Reynolds led by Trevor Larance make a good team and a good positive impact for the newcomers to our sport.

Offering courses which cover all ages and several types of sailing boats, it will reflect well for the future of the club.

The club offers a good pathway for new sailors to be part of the club with access to leased equipment after the learn to sail courses and highly encouraged into the clubs activities.
