COMMUNITY SPORT AND RECREATION FACILITIES FUND
 
The 2020/21 small grants round of the DLGSC Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund is now open, closing 31 March 2021.
 
The purpose of the program is to provide Western Australian Government financial assistance to community groups and local government authorities to develop basic infrastructure for sport and recreation.
 
The program aims to increase participation in sport and recreation, with an emphasis on physical activity, through rational development of sustainable, good quality, well-designed and well-utilised facilities.

DLGSC SURVEY
 
The DLGSC seeks your assistance, as a valued stakeholder, with the completion of a survey.
 
The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries reviewed a range of sport and active recreation industry reports and documents and captured the key priorities as identified by the industry. The department has now commissioned this survey to seek invaluable industry input, which will be essential in shaping the final priorities.
 
Once finalised, the Department will use these priorities to focus resources where they are needed most, develop new initiatives to support the industry and guide strategic thinking over the next three years.
