Australian Sailing is excited to announce the development of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy for the sailing community. We believe that every voice matters, and your input is crucial in shaping a strategy that reflects the diverse needs and aspirations of our community.

To ensure that our strategy is truly inclusive and representative, we have crafted a draft mission statement and focus areas, and we are eager to hear your thoughts. Your participation in this short survey will provide invaluable insights that will guide us in refining and developing the strategy.

If you are interested in delving deeper into the focus areas, we invite you to indicate your willingness to participate in focus groups on the Expression of Interest (EOI) form.

Rest assured, your responses will be kept anonymous, and all data collected will be used solely to inform our strategy development process. The deadline for responses is Thursday, 2nd May 2024.

Further consultation will take place as we continue to refine the strategy over the next few months.
