Our next opportunity to become a qualified Dinghy Instructor in South Australia is coming up Monday 17^th April, Tuesday 18^th April and Wednesday 19^th April 2023.

The course will be delivered at the Meningie Sailing Club by Senior Instructor Matt Young.

Prior to registering all participants must fulfil the following pre-requisites:

Course Prerequisites

• Be 16 years old and Water Confident
• Comply with the State/Territory legislation including, but not only, child protection laws (if applicable in that state)
• Hold the level of competence in the Program they wish to instruct
• Hold a current Applied First Aid Certificate
• Hold a current maritime licence, or state equivalent
• Hold an Australian Sailing Powerboat Handling Certificate

Prerequisite Learning

• Complete the Australian Sailing Instructor General Principles - online learning course
