Child protection is one of those difficult subjects we all believe we should be doing more about but the time and resources required to implement change is often exhaustive and extensive. There are several legal obligations all sporting clubs who cater for children MUST comply with and more for those who provide services targeted at attracting children to your clubs activities. Over the coming months we will work to provide tips and resources on this topic and provide as much information as possible to ensure you can have an informed conversation with your clubs committee to ensure you are in compliance with the law but most importantly to ensure we are providing activities and environments that ensure our sport is safe for all children to participate.
