The series will feature Performance Pathway and #NEXTLEVEL coaches who will share insights on a range of topics, including coaching tactics and strategy, creating training plans in club environments, coaching drills, moderating groups, and more… 

The webinars are designed to help club and class association coaches stay up to date on relevant topics, provide an environment to share ideas, and to learn about new tools and techniques that can help you succeed.  

Whether you are coaching boats or boards, junior, youth, or adult sailors, the online sessions will provide valuable insights and actionable strategies that you can implement in your coaching at your clubs or through your class association programs.  

The series will kick off on 13th June with a webinar on coaching tactics and strategy, facilitated by Matt Jerwood, Head Coach – Sailing, at the Western Australian Institute of Sport. Matt will share his experience and insights on coaching tactics and strategy and answer your questions during the Q&A and provide an opportunity for you to share with the group your thoughts and experiences on the topic.
