2022 Australian Sailing Instructor Conferences
Published Thu 26 May 2022
Australian Sailing is pleased to announce the launch of the 2022 Instructor Conference series.
The 2022 Instructor Conferences will take place in each State and will provide an opportunity for Instructors to further develop their instructing skills and hear updates on relevant topics designed to assist with the growth of sailing at clubs, and Discover Sailing Centres, via the delivery of learn to sail (and powerboat) programs.
The Instructor Conferences provide an excellent opportunity for Instructors to network, share ideas, share successes, and share challenges so that we can better work together to get more people on the water, in more ways, more often.
The events will be delivered by Australian Sailing staff, local Senior Instructors, and an Australian Sailing Chief Instructor. The topics and activities for the practical on-water sessions have been designed by Chief Instructors with the aim of ensuring all skills are being delivered to the highest quality, consistently and safely within all the learn to sail (and powerboat) programs.
In most Conferences we will also be providing the option of reaccrediting qualifications, you can register to reaccredit your qualification as part of the conference registration
