World Sailing Seminars for Judges are intended to improve the standard of regional / group judging and to assist people who wish to become an International Judge.
Candidates to attend are expected to meet the standards set by World Sailing which includes being a judge accredited by Australian Sailing or another national authority, or having successfully completed a World Sailing Judging Clinic.
The seminar and exam are an essential component of being appointed as an International Judge and may be required for reappointment. Any National Judge in will learn and develop in this environment even if not intending to go on to seek accreditation with World Sailing.
