We are excited to announce the date of this year’s 2024 SheSails Conference Tuesday 22^nd October 6.00pm (AEDT), a must-attend event for sailing enthusiasts and supporters of gender equality in sports. In the year that we see gender parity reached for the first time at the Olympic Games, with an equal number of men and women competing across all sports and in the Australian Sailing Team . As part of World Sailings 2024 Steering the Course festival with a focus on Olympic pathways for women, Australian Sailing’s She Sails conference this year will showcase some of the amazing Olympic female sailors and officials and their journey to Paris 2024. We are thrilled that Pınar Coşkuner Genç the first female Principal Race Officer for the Olympic Games will be speaking at the conference.
