The series will feature Performance Pathway and #NEXTLEVEL coaches who will share insights on a range of topics, including coaching tactics and strategy, creating training plans in club environments, coaching drills, moderating groups, and more…

The webinars are designed to help club and class association coaches stay up-to-date on relevant topics, provide an environment to share ideas, and to learn about new tools and techniques that can help you succeed.

Whether you're coaching boats or boards, junior, youth, or adult sailors, the online sessions will provide valuable insights and actionable strategies that you can implement in your coaching at your clubs or through your class association programs.
