Overview
The Accreditation Application Form allows you to submit evidence to show that you meet the criteria for accreditation. Evidence outlined in the Race Officer Policy includes:
- Prior seminar attendance to the Australian Sailing Regional and National Race Officer Seminar (Or the State/Ntional Race Officer Seminar within the last 4 years).
- Regional level pass (70% or more) on the Australian Sailing Race Officer Exam
- Evets Log.
- Performance Assessment (with a Regional Level pass).
Submitting an Application Form is free of cost and will be processed within within 4 weeks of being submitted.

Who should use this form?
People who have a keen interest in conducting racing as the Race Officer in charge of a single course and may aspire to become senior Race Officers in the sport of Sailing. Those who may be interested in becoming a Regional Race Officer include parents, club volunteers and sailors who have experience with sailing racing.
Accreditation Application - Outcome
Participants will become accredited as a Regional Race Officer; An individual in charge of all onwater activities at a club or single champioship course and manages all associated race offiicals and volunteers.
