2 Days of Kitefoil Coaching aimed at participants competing in the National Kitefoil Series & South Australian State Championships. 

Participants should be able to already kitefoil to a personal level which allows them to compete in the regatta within the Formula X division or above.

Coaching will be delivered by Brady Lowe (Australian Sailing Performance Pathways Advisor SA/TAS) and will focus on the sailing mindset using a range of coaching activities and drills to include;

• Regatta Preparation
• Starting
• Tactics
• Strategy
• Rules

Sessions will be delivered to maximise weather conditions on the day, if conditions are too light or too strong to get afloat, shore based scenarios and sessions will still be delivered to maximise participant learning.

Please bring your usual kitefoil equipment.
