2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships

The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) will host the 2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships for mixed crews in a fleet of Sun Fast 30OD sailed in the Solent and English Channel in September 2025.

Key points:

The regatta will be held from September 22nd to October 1st 2025.
It is only open to mixed duos (1 Woman and 1 Man).
At least the person in charge shall be a national of the country they represent and member of their MNA (Australian Sailing). Registration shall be endorsed by the MNA.
The quota of the regatta is 28. The minimum quota is 10.
Initially, one boat would be allocated per MNA that requests an entry before June 2nd.
Australian crews wanting endorsement will need to pay a deposit of $2000 AUD to Australian Sailing by 20 May to ensure their registration to enter the event.

We invite expressions of interest from Australian mixed, double handed crews who are prepared and motivated to compete in the 2025 Offshore Double Handed World Championships.

This is because the organising authority requires a deposit £1000/boat.
