Adding Powerboat Handling Certificate

Overview

This functionality allows a person to:

• Upload evidence of a Powerboat Handling Certificate or former AYF TL3 scheme.
   
• Request the Powerboat Handling Certificate to be added against your profile if you already have the Safety Boat Operator Certificate. This will allow you to register for the Dinghy Instructor course.

Note: If the Powerboat Handling Certificate already displays in your mySailor profile under 'My Courses', there is no need to fill this form. Check your mySailor HERE.

Prerequisites 

• The certificate must have a stamped and signed National Powerboat Handling Certificate within the AYF TL3 logbook or

• The Powerboat Handling Certificate must come from an accredited Australian Sailing Centre or Australian Sailing or

• The Safety Boat Operator Certificate must come from an accredited Australian Sailing Centre

Who should do this?

Those who want the Powerboat Handling Certificate to appear on their Australian Sailing profile.

Note:  Powerboat Handling Certificates are found under courses in your mySailor profile and not under qualifications.

Outcome

Pending your application being successful, the Powerboat Handling Certificate will be back-dated and appear in your course completions on your mySailor profile.
