DOT - SWAN RIVER RACING & COASTAL CALENDAR
As requested by the Department of Transport, all sailing events approved under Regulation 51C of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 are required to submit a Risk Management Plan to YWA. Aquatic events approval will only cover these events. Member clubs who do not submit a Risk Management Plan to YWA, will be required to submit an aquatic event application, including a Risk Management Plan and detailed course map to DoT for approval.
In 2021/22, regional clubs will be required to follow this approval process. Please click HERE to access the Department of Transport letter to YWA.
