OutThere with South of Perth Yacht Club

South of Perth Yacht Club launched our OutThere Sailing program in WA last Friday.

Kids and parents alike are always on the lookout for exciting and low-cost activities outdoors that get the adrenaline pumping and burn off some energy. This initiative is an Australia wide format designed to promote fun sporting activities for 12 to 17-year-olds. It includes Paddle Boarding, Windsurfing, Hobie Sailing, Power Boating and Scurfing.

SoPYC has adopted the program as sailing is an excellent way to have fun and socialise with friends and other like-minded people. The program is currently running as a pilot whilst they tweak the days to best suit our conditions here in WA. The aim is to offer all variations by summer holidays to keep kids active and outdoors with their friends.

OutThere Sailing Experiences are running every Friday afternoon from 4:15pm till 7pm till the end of August. So, gather up some friends after school and head down to Applecross for an afternoon of adventure on the water. Visit sopyc.com.au for all the details and to book.
