Outside the Locker Room

Published Wed 03 Mar 2021

Outside the Locker Room is a registered charity delivering critical mental health education and welfare support to community sporting clubs and schools across Australia. In WA, the program is funded by the Department of Health.

A program for sporting Clubs has been developed in partnership with mental health and youth service experts and is delivered by both trained program facilitators and registered mental health professionals.

OTLT are offering Clubs the opportunity to participate in the program. To launch the program, OTLR will visit your Club to deliver their first education session, Mental Health.

A follow-up second session of the Club’s choice will then be delivered, on one of the following topics:

• Cyberbullying
• Drugs and Alcohol
• Gambling
• Inclusion and Respect
• Leadership and Culture

OTLR will also provide the Club with 12 months of welfare support, including via their free mobile app.
