In accord with Rule 21 of the Constitution delegates present may vote at the meeting. Each Member Club is allowed 2 delegates. To register as a delegate please email jacob.smith@sailing.org.au with your name and Club

Further correspondence regarding the Yachting Tasmania AGM will be via the Australian Sailing Club Newsletter in the Tasmanian News section, via the Yachting Tasmania website and through the Yachting Tasmania social media pages.
Circulation
This notice is circulated to the latest email address list in the Yachting Tasmania office for Clubs and their Delegates and Class Associations. It is the Club’s responsibility to check that their Delegate has received the notices and any relevant papers.
