Hot Topic for WA Conferences

Next weekend the 2019 Australian Sailing Club and Instructor Conferences are being held at Royal Perth Yacht Club. All Commodores, officials, instructors, volunteers and management are encouraged to attend.

One topic on the agenda will be the release of amendment to the Special Regulations known as the Blue Book. Refinement in the First Aid supplies to be carried and it’s official now, you need to report an incident.

Saturday July 27, the Club Conference convenes to share strategies and successes for the betterment of the sport. Among the guests are industry experts sharing their tips and tricks in developing skills, capacity and opportunities to improve.

Sunday July 28, the Instructor Conference hits the water to develop skills and provide updates on various aspects of the Discover Sailing programs. 

With the migration in recent years into the power boating programs, a session this year has been dedicated to this section. Visit sailing.org.au for all the event details.
