Tasmanian Sailing Awards Night 

• 6pm Saturday 11th September at Bellerive Yacht Club 

• Congratulations to all the nominees and winners! Winners now move to the next stage of judging, to be in the mix for the National Australian Sailing Awards.

Youth Sail TAS 2021 

• 7-8 October Coaching Clinic 

• 9-10 October Youth Champs 

• All classes welcome from Green Fleet (completed Tackers 3 or equivalent) to U23 

• For the regatta, Green Fleet will have their own course much closer to shore with coaching assistance and modified rules. If they can sail upwind, they’re welcome to entered both events!

2021 Clubs Tasmania Conference 

• Sunday 3rd October, 10am – 5pm 

• Commodores, Treasurers and paid admin staff should seriously consider attending this free event at Ladbrokes Park Elwick, Glenorchy

Grant Funding  

• Shout out to Port Dalrymple YC & Deviot SC for securing CSR Tranche 4 funding to purchase RIB/outboards, well done!

SheSails Club Rep Meeting 

• SheSails Club Reps from around the state met for the first time in years with the intention to network, collaborate & share ideas.

SheSails Leadership Conference  

• 6th October 2021, 6pm – 7:30pm AEDT 

• The SheSails Leadership Conference event designed to champion women in sailing and empower them to reach their full potential. 

• Sarah Styles, Director of the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation will deliver her keynote presentation on the importance of gender diversity and the value of sport. 

• 2 live viewings (please register); PDYC & RYCT! We encourage people to get along to these venues & get involved!
