Club Satisfaction Survey - We need your feedback!
The Club Satisfaction Survey is an important tool for ensuring that Australian Sailing is meeting the expectation of member Clubs. We need your feedback so that we know what services you value and how we are performing. The survey forms part of Australian Sailings’ annual review of services which in turn will assist us to achieve our strategic goals.
This is the third year of conducting the survey and while the high-level results are positive, we know that they can be better:
Club Satisfaction has improved from 64.2% to 67.1%
Club Engagement also improved from 55.0% to 60.5%
The survey will be open from Wednesday 20th March and closes at 5.00pm on Thursday 30th April.
