Certificate Number

If applying for a new secondary certificate use the current validated certificate number for the boat. When revalidatiing of an existing secondary certificate enter the number of the existing certificate.

Measurement Changes

The New application online sheet will require all measurements to be declared and must be certified by an official IRC Measurer. 

When revalidating an existing secondary certificate use the number of the certificate.

The IRC has modified the rules concerning spinnaker poles, bowsprits and flying headsails. Owners are required to declare the additional information for revalidation.

Please download the IRC New application Measurement Input sheet below and make sure that all data is endorsed by an Australian Sailing accredited IRC Measurer.

Payment fees info

Please make sure you declare the correct length of your boat. If you are unsure of the correct measurement please refer to your IRC certificate (boat length correspond to LH value on your certificate) or contact the Rating Office (ratings@sailing.org.au).

You can choose between Standard (10-15 working days) and Expedited (3-5 working days and fee is twice the standard) processing time.

If you are willing to receive your certificate within the Standard processing time please enter your boat length under the Standard Fees section (including the 2 decimals).

Expedited revalidation application: please only enter your boat length under Expedited Fees section if you require an expedited revalidation application (including the 2 decimals).
