Australian Sailing Number Help
To do various things in the system you will need to remember 3 things
- Your Australian Sailing number (AS Number)
- Your system generated username
- Your password
In some cases we may have an incorrect DOB or email on file for you which can make things difficult the first time accessing the system or registering online. In these cases, you can always contact your club, and they can update your details, or you can contact us to update your details.
Once you successfully access the system, you’re off and away.

You can get an Australian Sailing Number by one of the three methods below:
1. Become a member at an Australian Sailing Affiliated Club
2. Sign up for SailPass
3. Register for an Australian Sailing accredited course

Yes you can.
If you join a new club, please make sure to provide them with your:
- Australian Sailing Number
- Last Name
- DOB
as per your online profile, and your new club can easily add your existing profile to their system.

If you do not know your login details, click on the button below to follow the password reset process. You will be sent your username via email and a password reset link.
NOTE: A small percentage of members may not receive emails from us due to some domains blocking our automated emails. If you do not receive your system access email, please contact us.
Your membership may have expired
You can check your membership status by using the Australian Sailing Number Checker.
If your Australian Sailing Number is INACTIVE you need to contact your club and ask them to check or update your membership in the system.
You may be using old login details
If your Australian Sailing Number is ACTIVE and you cannot login, you may be using old log in details. Click on the button below to follow the password reset process. You will be sent your username via email and a password reset link.
LogIn to your profile
If you can access your online profile, you can update your DOB online.
Contact your club
If you are an active member with a club/class affiliated with Australian Sailing, your club administrator can update your DOB in the system.

Alternately, you can complete the Australian Sailing Update My Details form which will be processed in 24-72 hours.
There may be a chance that you have been registered with a default club email OR the email on your profile is out of date.

You can
1. Contact your club. A club administrator can update your email address in the revSPORT system
2. Complete the below form and we will update your email and trigger the password reset email for you. This can take 24-72 hours to complete.
Send an email to onlineservices@sailing.org.au outlining your duplicate AS Numbers and we can merge them for you.
As a rule of thumb, we merge each duplicate profile into the oldest (original) number.
You can register for an Australian Sailing Number at the time you register for a course.
Look for the SIGN UP button on any course registration page to create an online profile and get an Australian Sailing Number
As a Course Participant, you are able to access your profile to view your course history and download any certificates.
Contact us and we can grant you access to your profile as a Course Participant.
As a Qualification Holder, you are able to access your profile to view your course history and download any certificates.
